Dr. Mariscal has worked as an anesthesiologist and algologist in the public and private service.

She specializes in Chronic Pain, Pain for Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthrosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue and all those conditions that generate more than three months with pain.

She has currently incorporated Anti-Aging Medicine in the management of Pain.

She chairs the Tijuana Sin Dolor organization that seeks to raise awareness in the population about the impact that Chronic Pain has on the lives of patients and their families.

As well as, the dissemination of the rights of terminally ill patients and the need for the city to have the support of doctors, organizations and the general population in the final stage of life.

She is part of the group of medical specialists of the Premier Medical Center, in the areas of Anesthesiology and Algology.
